Welcome to YogaOnyx Phoenix! We are a new community growing each day, welcoming Yogis from all levels and backgrounds. We provide an easy going and loving environment for the comfort of your yoga and meditation space. We offer a great monthly deal. Book your class online through MindBody, below. 


Our Heated Flow is a vinyasa class.  The breath and postures are synchronized through alignment and focused energy so each student can have their own unique experience.  Music is upbeat, positive and spiritual.  The practice is challenging and will inspire you to bring more authenticity into your life and the WORLD!  The room is heated 90+ degrees to enhance mobility and range of motion. 

Yoga Sculpt builds strength, cardiovascular health, and endurance by using light dumbbells, & bodyweight exercises incorporating fundamental yoga postures. A fun way to build lean muscle and flexibility. Music is uplifting and you will be challenged :)  Room temperature 85-90 degrees.

Cardio Groove builds cardiovascular health and endurance by combining plyometrics and isometric holds with simple dance moves. Uplifting music and smiles that will carry into your day. Come prepared to sweat and be challenged :)  Bring athletic shoes.  No yoga mat needed.  Towels are provided.  Room temperature 80-85 degrees.

Kids Hip Hop is a great activity for kids. Whether your child is a boy or girl, they’ll learn a variety of interesting and challenging dance moves. A fun and active way to learn a foundation to excel in any movement-based sport or activity through modern dance that is social and inspire creativity.

Kundalini Yoga (for all levels) allows students to de-stress, revitalize and center themselves.  The purpose of Kundalini Yoga is to provide a modality by which people can achieve their maximum potential or true authenticity.  Kundalini Yoga uses sound (Mantra), Breath (Prana) and Postures (Asana).
